Chef Kenneth Connors
A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Ken has vast experience at top NYC restaurants, including Nobu 57, Shang, and ‘inoteca. Born and raised in Hawaii, Ken has a unique culinary background of Hawaiian and Asian fusion cuisine, and was making poke bowls long before they were trendy. Check out his poke bowl class to learn how to master this fun dish at home!
Chef Allison Fasano
Currently the sous chef at Gato, Bobby Flay’s newest Noho restaurant, Allison specializes in Southern Italian cuisine. Formerly of Del Posto, she knows her way around a stellar plate of pasta, and honed her skills at the The Italian Culinary institute in Calabria. Allison loves stand up comedy and lives by the motto “food and laughter is what I’m after!”
Chef Christianna Gozzi
Christy built her culinary skills instructing at Butter Lane Cupcakes and Sur La Table. When she’s not baking or teaching, Christy is studying to become a registered dietitian. On her blog, christythebaker.com, Christy writes about changing careers to become a registered dietitian and shares healthy recipes and meal planning tips. Christy brings her healthy cooking expertise to all her classes – don’t hesitate to ask her questions about altering recipes for vegan, vegetarian, or other dietary needs.
Chef Paul Medina
Paul brings to the team extensive culinary experience as an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education and event chef for Pier Sixty, one of Manhattan’s premier event spaces. Paul honed his culinary skills serving as culinary specialist for the US Navy at Kaneobe Bay, and is an expert at keeping groups of 10 people to as many as several thousand well fed! In his home kitchen, he loves perfecting BBQ and Puerto Rican dishes for friends and family.
