Restaurant Inspired Brunch: Barbuto & Levain Bakery

Learn techniques on how to recreate the restaurant dining experience at home, from sourcing ingredients, proper preparation skills and plating tricks. In this class, you’ll prepare a fresh twist on Brussels sprouts with toasted walnuts and pecornio, and a toasted ricotta gnocchi made from scratch with decadent truffle cream sauce. For dessert, it’s giant chocolate chip walnut cookies, with ooey-gooey centers, inspired by the infamous ones at Levain Bakery. You’ll sit down at the end of class to enjoy all of the delicious food you prepared, complemented with wine.
