Restaurant Inspired: Italian Favorites Babbo, Barbuto, Lilia

We’ve added a fresh menu to our most popular class, featuring Italian favorites! Learn techniques on how to recreate the restaurant dining experience at home, from sourcing ingredients, proper preparation skills and plating tricks. In this class, you’ll prepare a baby kale caesar salad in the rustic style of Barbuto. Next, you’ll learn how to make squid ink pasta from scratch, inspired by Babbo, complemented by roasted broccoli rabe a la Lilia. For dessert, it’s classic creamy and rich tiramisu you’ll want to make again and again. You’ll sit down at the end of class to enjoy all of the delicious food you prepared, complemented with wine.
