Learn techniques on how to recreate the restaurant dining experience at home, from sourcing ingredients, proper preparation skills and plating tricks. In this class, you’ll prepare classic tuna tartare with an Asian twist – fresh sushi-grade tuna served over mashed avocado with a ginger soy marinade. Next, you’ll learn how to make fluffy steamed buns from scratch, and tips on slow-roasting brisket and pairing with the perfect toppings. For dessert, it’s enormous, gooey chocolate chip walnut cookies you’ll want to make again and again. You’ll sit down at the end of class to enjoy all of the delicious food you prepared, complemented with wine.
